These badges represent a time in my life when my politics were formed- RAR (Rock Against Racism), ANL (Anti Nazi League), Punk and Feminism. One glorious weekend I watched X-ray Spex at Maidstone Art College and in London following a Rock Against Racism/ ANL march. I am grateful to Poly Styrene and other females in punk for showing me different ways to be a woman.
