My story is about difference and pride in difference. I’ve not always been proud of my own but today I am. Various people have helped me along in that process but most recently it was Jacqui- a beautiful, wonderful whirlwind who also happens to be trans*. We met (collided!) last week and she gave me her band. This is the first time I’ve taken it off.
