This bright red military waistcoat symbolizes the adventures I had going out on the gay scene in Brighton. It marks a distinct shift for me where I started going out in more and more elaborate clothes as I joined a club kid scene that was blossoming with alternative characters and the new electro music. Being part of the club kid scene I became more adventurous in the clubs I visited eventually leading to London for a night out there returning on the last train back to Brighton.
